When you submit a project request, we collect the information you provide, including:

• Your phone number and email address
• Your selected project sector
• The approximate bore distance and conduit or pipe size

How we use your information

We use this information to review your project, respond to your request, discuss the work, and coordinate any follow-up you request. T&M Underground Construction LLC does not sell information submitted through the project request form.

Form processing

The project request form is processed by FormSubmit, which transmits the submission to T&M Underground by email. Your information is therefore shared with FormSubmit only as needed to process and deliver the request. You can review FormSubmit's privacy policy.

FormSubmit may use Google reCAPTCHA to distinguish legitimate requests from automated spam. reCAPTCHA may process technical information about your browser and interaction with the form under Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Retention and disclosure

We retain project-request information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, evaluate the requested work, maintain business records, or meet legal obligations. We may disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect our rights and operations.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete information you submitted, subject to any records we must retain for legal or legitimate business purposes. You may also contact us directly instead of using the form.
